We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data and align our practices, where applicable, with:

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) for protected health information (PHI)
CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) Security Policy for criminal justice data

Specific compliance obligations will be defined in client agreements and DPAs.
